Booking terms

Clear arrangements for a beautifully simple experience.

These terms apply to direct bookings made with Intimate Hikes Mauritius. Your booking details, meeting time and chosen experience will be confirmed personally with Vanessa. Payment confirms your acceptance of these terms.

Payment and booking confirmation

Full payment is required in advance through the secure MCB payment link provided to you. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and written confirmation has been sent by Intimate Hikes Mauritius.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel at least 24 hours before the agreed hike start time to receive a full refund. Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the start time, including no-shows, are non-refundable.

Late arrival

Please arrive at the agreed meeting point on time. If you are more than 30 minutes late and no alternative has been agreed directly with Vanessa, the hike may leave without you or be treated as a guest cancellation. No refund will be provided.

Weather, trail conditions and safety

Safety comes first. Intimate Hikes Mauritius may adjust the start time, route or date when weather or trail conditions require it. If the experience must be cancelled by Intimate Hikes Mauritius and no suitable alternative is agreed, you will receive a full refund.
